Metal Roofing Coil and Sheet

Sabre Metals is a leading distributor of a variety of specifications of metal roofing coils and sheets, sold under the Solaclad© brand name. Our metal is primarily used in the architectural metal roofing market, as well as guttering and signage. Almost all our metal is sourced and coated domestically to maintain the highest standards of quality, service and inventory flexibility. Our steel is produced from full prime Galvalume® and acrylic-coated Galvalume® – ASTM A792-96, and our 3000 series aluminum is per ASTM B209 and available as mill finish or coated to our specifications.

Substrates and Coatings

For our metal roofing customers, we offer three primary choices of coatings over various substrates: AZ55 acrylic-coated Galvalume®, Sherwin-Williams Kynar® 500 PVDF, and Sherwin-Williams WeatherXL® SMP.

**AZ55 acrylic-coated Galvalume® and Sherwin-Williams WeatherXL® is also available in 29 gauge steel on a per-order basis.
** Akzo-Nobel Ceram-a-Star® 1050 is also available upon request in 26 and 29 gauge steel.

Selection

Our coils and sheets are the preferred choice for downstream manufacturers and distributors of standing seam, 5V and other popular metal rib panels. Applications include residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural profiles.

As a dedicated metal supplier, we have a large selection of aluminum and steel coils and sheets always in stock, and significantly more in our supply chain. Our state-of-the art machinery is designed and built to serve the specific needs of the fast-growing metal roofing market. We can slit and sheet a variety of gauges and substrates up to 49" wide to custom widths and lengths, as well as produce custom trim on very short notice.

• Colors: 34 colors in Kynar and 26 colors in SMP; custom color-matching available;
• Standard Widths: 20", 27.50", 41-9/16", and 48" in coil and flat sheets; custom slitting options available;
• Order minimums: All our orders are cut to customer specifications, and there are no minimum quantities, though small-order fees may apply;
• Service: Incredibly fast quotations for quick decision making;
• Processing Lead Times: 1-3 days on average;
• Delivery: Small orders are delivered on our trucks or ship via LTL carriers; FTL orders are delivered on flatbeds.

New Kynar color cards can be downloaded here. For SMP, we will be happy to supply either metal samples or color cards upon request.
